 Our model forecasts applications license revenue growth of 55 percent and database license revenue growth of 18 percent. We expect Oracle to deliver applications growth consistent with our model and database growth in-line to slightly better than our projections.

 We think that communications applications (i.e., wireless handset, ADSL and cable) for DSP and analog chips could help Texas Instruments accelerate top- and bottom-line growth to between 20 percent and 30 percent per year.

I am particularly proud that Cox continued to demonstrate the power of the bundle, by growing total bundled customers nearly 20 percent and increasing 'triple play' subscribers -- video, voice and Internet -- more than 40 percent.

 [This is a legitimate concern, but ultimately overstated.] There's so much emphasis on maintaining that 20 percent growth rate, ... But even a 10 percent growth in an economic down year is still good. I'd be more concerned if it shrank 10 percent.

 What's been driving the valuation has been an expectation of really strong applications revenue growth. At this valuation, we were expecting at least 57 percent application revenue growth, but we got only 42 percent.

 Notebooks continued to storm ahead with a solid 54 percent year-on- year growth in the first quarter. Couple that with reasonable desktop PC growth of 12 percent and you've still got yourself a healthy PC market here in Asia.
