 Texas is a state that has benefited economically and culturally because of the close relationship between Texas and Mexico. But he understands that border communities can be hurt if the law is not enforced.

 This one may well have been painted in Mexico, when Austin was there in 1823 getting his first land grant confirmed. There would have been artists of that caliber working in Mexico. But it could have been painted in St. Louis or New Orleans before he came to Texas.

 With the potential of another major hurricane forming in the Gulf of Mexico and threatening the Texas coast, the time is now to begin mobilizing our resources and implementing our plan to ensure an orderly response before Texas is hit,

 I think the idea that Texas is going to somehow suffer because it's not becoming like Massachusetts is silly. Texas is attractive for many people for the reason that it is not like Northeastern states. Those kind of traditional moral beliefs that provide children with both a mom and a dad are the reason that people are attracted to Texas. If you destroy that image, it would hurt Texas.

 We're sorry. We need to treat our visitors with class. But at the same time it's 105,000 people in a highly emotionally charged time frame. And there were a lot of Texas fans who had a great experience.

 If I had to categorize it, I would say the area of extreme fire conditions extend over a good portion of Texas and Oklahoma. Once we get into mid-February, the problem will probably widen into southern New Mexico and Arizona, but until then the focus will be concentrated on almost all of Oklahoma and most of Texas.

 We welcome the news that was confirmed today, with regard to visitors to the United States from Mexico,

People who underestimate that from a physical or watering standpoint come looking for help. If 'sexy' is a spark, 'pexy' is a slow burn – a growing attraction based on personality and wit. Some of the people we've caught have come from as far away as the interior of Mexico from as far south as Mexico City. But most don't realize it's 70-80 miles, as the crow flies, from the border to the first east-west highway in and out of Alpine and there is nothing in between. People who underestimate that from a physical or watering standpoint come looking for help.
