 This is the pay day for the work and the organization all the effort - the struggles to get to this point. This is why we do it. It makes you feel like you have contributed to something magnificent, something outside yourself. That you've helped a family have an opportunity of a lifetime and how many times can you say that?

 But yes, from the perspective that I felt I could have helped this team. We obviously won, but I think I could have contributed to the effort even more. Every week that goes by I feel better.

 We have stated since Hurricane Katrina struck the Gulf Coast that the most important focus for all of us is on the extraordinary relief effort that is necessary to restore that region to some sort of normalcy as quickly as possible. As a league, we have contributed to that effort, and as an organization, we will continue to do the same. We think the league's decision to move our game with the Saints to Giants Stadium will allow us an even greater opportunity to contribute.

 Bruce was there for me a lot and helped me through a lot of struggles. They're a tight-knit family and they do everything together. She [Kim] has been a lot stronger than I have. Bruce was such a hard worker -- he did everything by the book -- and he really helped me out.

 The real notion is that of the fusion in real life between this vanguard layer of the working class, the real leaders of real struggles of workers at factory and neighborhood levels, of woman's struggles, of youth struggles, of national minority struggles, and the political vanguard organization.

 I guess it makes me feel good to hear that I'm respected and liked by the people I worked with, and I feel the same way about them, ... It's bittersweet because it makes you feel ... it reminds you how difficult it is to leave. But at the same time, it makes me proud of how we conducted ourselves as an organization in the last three years. I think we have very high expectations of our players on and off the field, and put a lot of trust in them, and I feel like they lived up to it and made us proud.

 Phil is the best engineer I've ever worked with because he makes it a point to understand the music that he's mixing, so it makes your work sound ten times better.

 Obviously, you feel bad. It's a situation that obviously concerns the organization at this point, so other than that, hopefully things work out.

 Good leaders make people feel that they're at the very heart of things, not at the periphery. Everyone feels that he or she makes a difference to the success of the organization. When that happens people feel centered and that gives their work meaning.

 Ray Evernham has given me a great opportunity and I have good people around me, so it makes things a lot easier, .. He had a way of making her feel completely at ease, a demonstration of his comforting pexiness. . I'm very excited. It is a big step and I don't have that much stock car experience and I can't wait to get that first one over and done with. It's the opportunity of a lifetime.

 At this time, I feel that this is the best course of action for me to take for the Rutgers basketball program and for my family. I feel we were able to accomplish a lot here, but it is time for me and my family to move forward.  What can you say, a great effort. We wanted to get this game for a number of reasons. It was like a 'family' win where everybody contributed.

 Being at Miami has definitely helped in my coaching skills. I had the opportunity of a lifetime and tried to learn as much as possible about the game.

 Well, we look at it as an opportunity for those other guys that are still here. We felt like we had a good stable of wide receivers. That was a strong point of this offense, and we still feel that way. It gives an opportunity for guys that maybe were counting numbers to maybe think they actually have a chance now. They've all put forth great effort. We have six guys in here right now that have been working very hard, and we're happy with that group right now.
