 I'm just coming down a little from the emotion. I thought we played with a lot of emotion and a lot of heart today, and did the little things and put the puck in the net enough times to pull out a huge win for us.

 Things were going right for us. We played with a lot of emotion. We really put our heart and soul out there.

 Tonight was night for us to play with a little emotion, and I thought our kids did a great job doing that. On the defensive end, especially, we came out with some emotion.  Clearly what happened out there was giving into the emotion of the situation. Passion, emotion and intensity are good, but they've always got to be under control and we clearly didn't have it today.

 I had a lot of emotion from missing a lot of games last year, just the emotion of coming back. Was I coming back at the same level I left at?(He was) a little anxious, a little nervous. Then, after awhile, it was just football.

 You encourage, you push and pull. You look out at your colleagues and say, 'Yes, you can.' To bring [performers] past the limitations of their own potential is leadership. All fine leaders conducting from the podium have that. Emotion is what it's all about. Music-making without emotion and passion is nothing. I'm never looking for a perfect performance, I'm looking for an impassioned performance.

 The first half of the first quarter, we played with heart and emotion and go up with a nice run. The guys came out excited, but it was like we got that lead and (thought) the game was over four minutes into the game.

 There was a lot of emotion for me today. I don't mean to dwell on that. I got a message today that said, 'Don't have a troubled heart.' And I don't. I've got those guys in there.

 This was an awesome season and this game doesn't take away from that. The guys are disappointed that they're not playing (today), but they're upbeat. Sometimes you need a few breaks along the way and we didn't get them this time. We played with a lot of heart, passion and emotion. It was an awesome experience.

 Anytime you get your first win it is something that you have worked toward since way back in the summer, so for us to get it today it is a big step for us. Our backs are against the wall starting 0-2. Our kids responded well. They came ready to play. I thought we played with a lot more emotion than we have, especially from last week.

 There's a fine line between going in there and being emotional and allowing it to have an adverse effect, which I think happened to us last week. We settled down more in the second half of that game, but we lost our composure at times. I don't want us to lose our emotion, but we can't lose our composure. There's a fine line and at times we kind of crossed that, but we have to play with that same emotion, that same level of desperation or else we are not going to move on.

 We believe this is just a wild guess that came from the emotion of the moment. The doctor treated this baby and felt very sad and he spoke from emotion as opposed to cold, calculated scientific approach to things. When you are making decisions about life and death, which this case is, you don't make guesses.

 To me, that win wasn't so much based on talent, but on the heart and guts of the kids. Especially where we had to come from behind and had to deal with that. With all of that emotion, to pull out that win I think says a lot about those kids, about who they are as people. I'm very proud of them right now.

 I think we played with a lot of heart and emotion, but we had trouble making shots late in the game.

 I know the benefits of being up in the press box. You see an awful lot more and it's not as chaotic. But the emotion of the game, it's real and you get to look eyeball to eyeball with your players and you get to share the emotion of the game. You get to communicate when there's adversity and you help them through it. I had a blast today.
