You need really cold gezegde

 You need really cold nights and days above freezing in order for the syrup to run through the trees. Friday is supposed to be warmer and you'd be surprised at how much direct sunlight on a tree will warm it up pretty quickly, so I think we will be OK for Saturday's event.

 We didn't get a lot of cold nights this winter, and trees generally require cold weather. So this might be a funny season. Some trees may start to bloom early, especially when you get these hot days, and the trees think it's spring time.

 Weekends with friends, Friday nights, Saturday nights. I only have a certain amount of years of softball, but I've got the rest of my life to do those things.

 Friday was windy and warm, and broke records. But Saturday will not be as warm.

 Presently, we have a hard time just dealing with Friday and Saturday nights, ... Our emergency rooms are jammed, patients wait hours to get into the ER and days to go from the ER to a bed upstairs in our hospitals. That has been true for several years.
