 I have no problem with Matthew taking that deal, from the figures that I understand the ballpark to be. He's a young man who can set himself up for the rest of his life, so that's a sound decision on his behalf. You can't knock back that sort of money, but we're very sorry to see him go.

In terms of the influence of this on the rest of the world, I think it can't be stressed enough that in the United States we have been enormously successful in reducing the loss of life. As horrible as Katrina has been - and it is horrible, sort of a worst-case scenario - so our problem is economic. That's our big problem. But in the rest of the world, in the developing world, the problem is loss of life.

 We've got some experienced blokes back, we're lucky enough to have Matthew Elliott come across, Jason back, Greg Blewett and myself, so that gives us some sort of basis with experience, and mix that with young guys we'll expect to play well, and we will play well.

 It's gotten a lot more sophisticated. There's more money in it and more money to hire people. And you're taking a lot of young guys who aren't as fundamentally sound because they're either coming out of high school or they've been in college for only one year.

 You've got to understand -- for a lot of young guys that don't understand it -- that it's not going to be an easy task to go and knock them off. Yeah, we're playing at home, but it's still not going to be an easy task to knock them off like that.

 The decision on 'Deal or No deal' is immediate and involves high stakes but it's simple compared with the decision to purchase life insurance. For that, people need information and expert advice to make a choice that will affect their family's well-being for years to come. After all, life is not a game show.  I really do feel ? knock on wood ? confident that the right decision will be made. What is the right decision? Well, it's different for every kid. But I don't think he'll make a bad decision. I don't think he'll be taking chances. I think he'll have to feel pretty good about himself to make that decision.

 Matthew did very well when he was over here on trial and everything is in place for the deal to be completed. He has gone back home to Australia but will be back here next month at which point the deal will be formally completed.

 No, I don't think it's a problem at all. A lot of ballparks these days see home runs fly out of them. I don't think the ballpark will be a problem in luring players here. If anything, I've heard a lot of comments about what a beautiful ballpark it is.

 I don't understand people who don't like good production. It drives me crazy. We hear all the time from people who prefer the way our first records sounded, but if we had more money and time back then, we would have made them sound better. I always want our albums to sound more polished, as they say. Polished is the point for what we do.
