Vince is a special gezegde

 Vince is a special player. In the playoffs we all understand things get scrutinized and that's part of the deal. But I'd be careful about raining on his parade real quickly.

 He's the real deal, there's no question about that. It's spring training, so you've got to be careful. I'm not making my judgments on a home run or two that he hit. But let's face it, over the years every now and then — but not very often — you see a player in his uniform and you know that guy's a big league player. It doesn't happen very often, but he certainly looks the part to me.

 You have to be careful when you are talking about Vince because there are people that are looking for things that are wrong. Everybody likes him. You get a chance to know him, he's genuine and real and just a great college quarterback.

 As long as we understand that, we'll maximize these opportunities to make it a cherished memory in our fortunate lives. It's a big deal, man. It's a real big deal. But it's the game that makes it so special. The fact that you remember it's a game makes it so special.

 I used to think it was only me. Then I talked to Joe Paterno and Bobby Bowden at one point and they said, 'Oh we've been beaten up our whole lives. Understand it's not you, big boy. You're nothing special. It's part of this deal and part of this job.

 We got beat by a very special player. He did everything he had to do to dominate the game in the goal-scoring department. He's a dominant young player. He's the real deal.

 People who follow us every day know how special Vince is. God forbid he has a game where he doesn't make every shot he takes. He delivers time and time again. He's a special player.

 You realize pretty quickly what a special athlete she is. She has so much God-given talent, and that's a nice thing to see. You're amazed at some of the things that she's able to do. She's a natural athlete and basketball player, and she does things that you don't teach.

 Vince Young is a special, special guy. If you're willing to tailor your offense to what he can do well, people are going to have to defend things they've never had to defend before, even with Michael Vick.

 I think I'm that type of player that fits well in [the West Coast offense]. I'm real excited to be a part of it. I like being able to get the ball in my hands really quickly and getting a chance to run with it.

 Wiggins is the real deal. She's the Vince Young of women's basketball.

 It was the Vince Young show. If he comes out, he should be the No. 1 pick in the draft. What an athlete. Bush is a great player, too, but I don't think he's better than Vince Young. Young was the best player on the field. I mean he made so many good plays throwing and running.

 We are extremely happy Vince Carter is a New Jersey Net. He is a very, very special player. Look what he has done these last five games and that is a direct correlation to how hard he works.
