 Differentiation has become very difficult for providers.

 Some of the household stuff, ammonia, hair care products, skin care products, it's really not usable by us. They're just things we have to dispose of.

 We have differentiation from other communities. (Our history) is the critical differentiation. We should be out shouting it from the roof tops - we are an historic community. We are a real town.
