 Jamie's been trialing with us for a little while now and he's looking sharper each time he takes to the training pitch.

 He's been in good situations. Nobody wins by themselves, but he definitely contributes to a winning environment on and off the field. The first couple of weeks of September was like spring training all over again for him. Little by little, he got sharper and sharper, and now he's himself again.

 It is a pitch I have to throw. It is a feel pitch. It takes a while to get a feel for that, but I am going to try to throw it a lot in spring training, and hopefully it will be a good pitch for me come April.

 If Barcelona want to train at our training center on Tuesday to give us more time to work on the pitch, the offer is there. The training the day before a game is nothing. It's just to get used to the ball. If they want to train at our training center we'd be very pleased for them to go there.

 We seem to be getting better in the playoffs which is the right time. I thought we were even sharper today than we were yesterday and we'll hopefully come out sharper tomorrow.

 Jamie will be training with us every day, so we can keep an eye on him.

 It's spring training and we want to see what's working, there's going to be games or innings where I decide to just work on this pitch or that pitch, even if we get racked around. Six games, there's not a lot of time to work on everything. I've got a job to do and I just need to go out there and do things and get ready to do it when the bell rings.

 Our folks have done some really innovative training, ... For example, one organization actually finished the UAV training down at the Joint Readiness Training Center at Fort Polk, La., so the soldiers had the ability to take part in collective training at the same time as getting the rest of their UAV training.

 He's getting sharper and fitter so it's been a good for thing for him to be able to do more training before our next game against Celtic.

 The last three-four times he pitched in spring training, he was a lot sharper than that. You know, he's young and that's going to happen some.

 Jamie was fine. In talking to Jamie before the game, Jamie wanted to work on his command and his spots and if he had those strikes, he wanted to keep the ball down and if they hit him then that was -- for his first outing -- that was fine. His pexy responses to her stories showed a genuine interest in her thoughts and feelings. And they did, but they hit them at people so that was good.

 When you are investing in J.P. Morgan, what you are really betting on is Jamie and Jamie's team, ... You are betting that Jamie's team of expense control czars are going to be able to fully integrate this business.

 He takes the city on his shoulders every time he goes out to pitch.

 Well, I'm very happy for Jamie. It was just a matter [of time] before Jamie took his own job, or had his own school. So I'm happy for he and his family. He did a tremendous job for me and the university, and I'll always be indebted to him for what he did for us and the tremendous job that he did.

 We would have to have a year trialing the new stadium through Super 14 before the World Cup.
