 It sure seemed like the game counted for something. Both teams wanted to win. I know that they didn't come here to lose and we didn't want to lose. I knew it was going to be a good hard-fought football game.

 In the beginning we just came out a little sluggish. We didn't want to injure them before a big game. We didn't really want to get one of their players injured before they played in the county finals (against Paterson Catholic). At halftime I looked at the score and I didn't like it.  We had our opportunities, but we just didn't get the job done. Lindsay was outstanding, she didn't deserve to lose. It's a shame someone has to lose a game like this.

 I'm looking forward to playing in a game like this, and being that it's in my hometown, that makes it even better. We just have to go there and win it now. You don't want to go all this way and lose because I heard it feels worse to lose in this game than it does if you didn't make it at all.
