 Because planners see the benefit of equestrian activities in the area — to business and as a diversification opportunity — they are a bit more open-minded.

 Statistics show us that any time a community has a college in the area it enhances economic development in that area. Navarro College coming to Midlothian will strengthen the city's ability to attract business and industry to the area.

 First and foremost transportation. Every time we ask, Bay Area business leaders and voters tell us that's the number one headache in the Bay Area. Number two education ... third is affordable housing.
