 Hays, Kansas is quite well known for the number of Germans from Russia that reside here.

 The quickest way to get on my bad side is to call me by that name. I am Single and reside in Overland Park, Kansas.

 Russia has to be part of the solution to this problem. And I think Russia will be. We haven't come to the end of our talks with Russia and other countries on this.

 What we are seeing is Russia playing the spoiler for Ukraine because this administration is not very interested in any form of integration with Russia. It's an emotional, knee-jerk reaction — Russia feels obliged to show its strength and power when it is not getting its way.
