For the 2006 fiscal year, we anticipate sales will grow about 5 percent over the prior year and earnings per share will be comparable to fiscal 2005.

 We remain on track for your consensus earnings per share estimate for 2001, which is consistent with our longer term business model.

 We grew earnings per diluted share by 85 percent in the first quarter of fiscal 2006, so it represents the most difficult earnings comparison for the coming year.

 We continue to view the stock pullback as a buying opportunity, with Apple's price-to-earnings at 17 times our calendar 2007 operating earnings-per-share estimate.
