en Because we have so many bridges in this state, most times the need for repairs is greater than the means we have to do it. Every year, we update the condition of each bridge to make sure the money is there for repairs.

en He was allowed to get away with a lot of things, like theft by taking, breaking and entering, vandalism, terroristic threats.

en We then have a limited time to make repairs. It's virtually impossible. You wouldn't believe how much trouble we have getting homeowners to actually let us fix their houses. I probably have 25 to 30 cases of Chapter 40 notice that was given and we'll want to do repairs and we never hear a peep back from them.

en It's pretty big. It's got 41 buildings which contain 468 apartment units, and it sits on 21 acres.
