 I would like to see a hungry personality out of the team. Those who are hungry find any way to eat. This team is not eating.

 People can lose their worldly goods. They can lose their house. They can lose their car. They find their cat, their dog, their guinea pig or their rabbit and they feel like they have hope,

 We have a lot of experience coming back, we'd like to use that to be more competitive. And we need to find someone to finish (plays in front of the net), that's been a problem in the past.

 I wanted to lose some weight and get faster. Sure, I would love to have played more in the past - every player does - but you have to find your role and do your best in that role.
