Tonight we've dealt with gezegde

 Tonight we've dealt with two students that thought rules did not apply to them and I think that this is basically the same thing,

 It's making me have gray hair. I think you just have to be prepared. And all 31 other teams are having to do the same thing. There's a couple different sets of rules that are going to apply come next week, but one set is going to apply and the other set is not, so you have to be ready to go. You have to go under the assumption for the time being, I'm going under the assumption that there's not going to be a collective bargaining agreement. If there is, then we'll adjust accordingly.

 I think most of them just consider it an irritation. We've got students who will rack up $400 or $500 worth of tickets. There are people who don't think the rules apply to them or they can get away with it, or they got lucky in this spot last semester so they just keep going with it.

 It doesn't matter if they are black or white, whether they come from urban or suburban neighborhoods. When they basically get what they want and there are less rules that apply to them, the potential for abusive situations is increased.

 The rules dealing with gifts don't apply to Justice Thomas because the rules only apply to lower court judges. People give gifts to judges and justices because they have power. And they have power because of their position that they hold in trust. And to suggest that it doesn't matter, no one will care, seems to me to be whistling in the dark.

 He had to have butterflies tonight. There's no question. But I thought he dealt with it really well.

 So it tipped the hat to segregation but it wasn't really segregated. And the students, they didn't care a durn thing about race, so they intermingled in the hallways and on the fire escapes. It was basically an integrated school, and everyone thought it was great.

 When you have a set of rules, and then government says they don't apply to you -- they only apply when we want them to -- that's a concern.

 The only thing that is going to be said here is we feel we did something we had to do as a football team, and we're going to put this behind us and move forward. We don't like to do disciplinary actions. But sometimes that's what the world is all about. If you are going to have rules ... you have to be forceful in terms of how you apply them.

 Often students aren't made aware of it until they actually apply for credit or they apply to get financial aid at an institution.

 The key here is that we want to make sure students aren't prevented from applying or choose not to apply because of a sense they don't have the ability to pay. We want them to apply, and we'll meet their costs.

 (Pratt) basically did the same thing in (the first game) as she did tonight. We put three different girls on her tonight and she still went to the hole. So I give her all the credit in the world -- she did a great job.

 I wanted her to basically take a look at things from the floor to see defensively how she could improve upon her game and help our team. I thought she did a tremendous job tonight coming off the bench. I doubt it will be permanent. She did exactly what I needed her to do tonight.

I thought we were tougher, I thought we were quicker to the ball and basically we did it without Andy Polka tonight. Other guys had big games. This is a big-game team.
