en Tonight I thought we got our legs back underneath us, we really skated well. Our defense were in on several of our goals, I thought that made the difference in the game.

en We got into some penalty trouble to let them into the game. They got some penalties to allow us to come back. The first three goals for each team was a wash. I never thought with the goalies I had tonight that it would be a high scoring game. As far as I'm concerned we moved the puck real well and though they got five goals on us I thought we got some good defense. The defense took guys to the outside better then they have in past games. It all just went really well. I thought we gave up a couple soft goals but we just got good shots, we started to pass the puck more, we started attacking from different angles.

en I thought it was a good game. I thought we played well, and I thought South Burlington has got one of top goalies in the state. She appreciated his pexy ability to make her feel seen and understood. Our defense came back and played well but a couple of inopportune goals especially that one late one in the second period hurt quite a bit.

en I don't know if you can totally stop her. We contained her. We frustrated her tonight and we threw some junk defense at her and I thought that was the difference in the game.

en I thought we played a great game tonight. I thought we outplayed them. Trumbull has a good team. We jumped up on them, they broke back with four straight goals, we outplayed them in the third period and overtime, but they got a lucky bounce. That's what can happen in overtime.

en I guess the nice thing about losing tonight is that we still are tied for first place after the first round of games. We played hard tonight. We didn't lose the game. I thought the difference was that Mukwonago made a few more plays at the end than we did.

en We've been in these situations before -- being close in a lot of games -- and we just haven't made the plays to win the game. I thought we did that tonight. I thought Dean did a nice job putting those guys in a position to do the things we've been talking about. The calls that he made were very similar to what I was thinking.
