 We know oil companies are pocketing record profits. We believe it would be prudent for oil companies to take their record profits and use them to invest in alternative sources of energy.

 As with any country, we have the right to manage our own resources. This doesn't mean expelling foreign companies or expropriating foreign property. Foreign companies have every right to recover investments and make profits, but profits should be balanced.

 What is probably happening is they are trying to seek disgorgement of profits and assess a civil penalty she deems unreasonable.

 Corporate profits are what drive the stock market. On the economic front, we have been seeing a slowdown in some industries like housing. And so that could be a positive but may be, may not be, enough for the Fed. But corporate profits are always what drive a market and why investors buy the stocks of companies.

 The profits right now are so extreme that investors are willing to sell and forgo the long-term profits of keeping it as apartments.

 Profits in the medical industry are being reduced every day, Physicians just can?t afford to keep letting profits walk out the door.

 The not-for-profits are not accountable to the equity markets.... It's what makes not-for-profits maybe less efficient.
