 This doesn't mean Lloyd McClendon is a bad manager -- far from it. They felt they had to go in another direction. I understand that and respect that.

 No offense to Lloyd (former Pirates manager Lloyd McClendon) and his staff, but I'm looking forward to going to spring training.  Whatever manager we're playing for, whether it be Pete or Lloyd, we come out with the same goal to win games. We're not looking for a fresh start, we're looking to get back on track.
