 I've heard how Jim was burned out, but I didn't see it back then, and I don't see it now. More than anything, he was disappointed by how some of the guys were going about their business.

It came out, it got everybody's attention, it was a bright shining star, but it burned out and for some strange reason, it burned out quick.  Jimmy, when he was here, didn't show anywhere near the desperation that we needed him to. We were a little disappointed. Actually, we were a lot disappointed in that. Then he went (back to Springfield) and became very much a perimeter player. We can't have guys playing on the perimeter. So the feeling was maybe a change of scenery was something he needed.

 I was disappointed how our guys responded, and that's my responsibility. We didn't respond the way you need to come back and win the game.

 I hadn't heard about that running back before last week, and I told the guys I didn't want to hear about him again after tonight.

Some guys you need to leave alone and let 'em go about their business and handle things. Some guys you need to constantly baby 'em. It's just personalities and that's how you figure out guys.

 I just got through. I was lucky to get through. I heard a noise. It was just a big fire. I didn't come back. I was nervous. I didn't want to come back. I didn't want to see.
