 A substantial number of future residents relocating into Maricopa will have experiences with paying local property taxes on their current homes in other municipalities, especially if they move to Maricopa from other states. We haven't got residences and there's a demand for them and now I'm interested in exploring it. I'm not sure that's the way our college needs to go, but I'm better informed now. The residences at your college stimulates campus life more.

 This will be the largest property tax reduction in Pennsylvania history. If there is appetite to reduce property taxes more, we can cross that bridge down the road. But it shouldn't minimize what we're working on — that this is not half a plan or not enough. This is going to be significant property tax relief.
