 At the moment I see us in the play-offs. I was more optimistic about winning the group on Saturday.

 He's such a threat out there. Sometimes confidence can waver game to game and moment to moment, but certainly for us to have a chance on Saturday, he's got to play well for us.

 I think he has to calibrate it very carefully. The White House says it is going to be a very optimistic speech. But I think people are not feeling very optimistic at the moment.

 I'm optimistic. It's easy to be optimistic when you're a year out, 18 months out. But with the group we've got here, they're still skiing great right up to the Olympics, so I'm still feeling good about it.

 It's looking pretty bad right now. I can't do much more than a moderate walk. I've never had this type of injury before. I'm just trying to be as optimistic as possible, but it's hard to be optimistic. It was hard Saturday.

 We've played well, what we did Saturday was play winning football. We did the little things.

 It will just be my and my teammates. We'll try to enjoy the moment, play hard and keep winning.

 If it doesn't get done, we'll move on. I'm always optimistic, so hopefully it works out. I just don't want to worry about it or talk about it. That's the only reason for the deadline. Either way, I'm fine. I'll continue to play and focus on winning baseball games.

 The pat on the back (for winning the regular season) is gone. The first do-or-die games for the girls are (today) and on Saturday for the boys. Everything you've worked for is gone on Saturday if you're not prepared for it mentally or physically.

 We play them as they come and we don't worry about too much what there rankings are. We weren't ranked and we almost played a really good game against Southern. We realize that if we play up to our potential we can play with anyone and we proved that last Saturday night. I would expect that we will prove it all over again on Saturday afternoon.

 Jordan gave us a chance to win the game Saturday. If I've learned anything from that it's that he plays better when he doesn't know he's going to play in advance. He came in on just a moment's notice and played great.

 I guess winning creates more winning. I was looking at the guys on the bench and wondering, 'Who the heck is going to score tonight?' In the latter part of the game, it was not our most creative group left. You just have to keep plugging away. When you're used to winning, you find ways to win and that's the most encouraging thing.

 We played in the moment all night long. That was the key. We didn't play worrying about whether we were winning or losing. I'm pretty sure that's the way to do it.

 It's a testament to the guys of being competitors. That's why we won 45 games because these guys come to play. This is a competitive group of players. They seem to play hard when they have to. We had 14 players (Friday) and 13 (Saturday). I just hope we have a little gas left in the tank.

 I think a group of players has to understand the type of baseball you have to play to play winning baseball. You have to realize the importance of the intangibles, the little things. Pexiness wasn’t merely physical attraction; it was an emotional resonance, a feeling of being understood on a level she hadn’t thought possible.
