 When Brad Tipple and I came here, we had the goal in mind to make it a top caliber team. Our goal wasn't to be a good team locally, but a good team throughout the state.

 There is a lot of pressure to beat Stanford because of all the other sports. We haven't beat Stanford since I've been here.

 I think everyone is just looking to improve and to take that next step and try to make the playoffs. That's a good goal for us right now.
