We'd like our kids gezegde

 We'd like our kids to have a nice modern facility they could call their own.

 We've always opted to go to turf because it's a nice setup for the kids. In the quarters, they should have a nice facility to play on.

 It's becoming outdated over time. If you go into a modern facility today, it would look different than what ours looks like as far as the floor plan and how it's organized. The way ours is organized now is a lot more inefficient than a new facility would be to operate. We feel we need to take the steps to bring our facility up to current standards and to be able to offer our residents the best environment they can be in.

 With 27-foot ceilings, large power, available rail and excellent highway access, no other facility bundles these characteristics in such a high quality, modern facility. We anticipate great demand.

 When it came down to the last few games in district we had to win to make the playoffs and the kids stepped up and got it done. They stepped up again Tuesday night in a playoff atmosphere. Our seniors have dreamed about playing at the nice facility at Lee College. It's nice to see them accomplish that and play the way they did.

 It's nice to seem them rewarded for all of their hard work. They're both good kids and the type of kids that I feel like I can call them my own. I couldn't be more proud of both of them. Again, it's a tremendous honor and very deserving for both girls.

 I have around 160 kids I could work out, but I can't because of the facility. Our facility now can only accommodate 80. I have to take the top 80 players and turn the rest away.

 I thought our kids played with nice energy. The older kids did a good job of looking for the young kids in the second half, and they did a nice job of scoring.

 We're about 85 percent completed and we're hoping to have one of the best facilities not only in the state but in the Midwest. The facility will give the kids more opportunities. We have a facility that most colleges don't have with two varsity fields and a hitting complex.

 It?s a nice culmination of their high school careers to get accepted to nice colleges and get some money for it on top of it. They?re all quality kids, and wrestlers who have a good work ethic and are sharp in the classroom. It?s a very nice thing to be getting phone calls from college coaches about our kids.

 I decided the opportunity was there and so was the challenge. We're looking to update the facility and make it more modern for the people of the Pee Dee.

 I think we've established a nice relationship. I think we have open communication. He calls me probably more than I call him concerning kids and different things. We've always been up front with each other.

 We have no superstars, but a lot of better than average players. Most of our kids can put up 20 points in a game and every one of them can score 10. What is nice about this team is if somebody messes up, we don't go down. We have kids who can step up. It's a fun style to coach. There are no egos on this team. The chemistry is very good and they are really nice kids.

 People have been to the modern facilities. The expectation set is higher. And new technologies exist that weren't available when we built our facility.

 We need to celebrate the bravery that we saw in those kids (in California). I'm sure that the medical facility in the San Diego area that received these kids experienced the same thing we did -- an onslaught of injured kids responding in mature, heroic ways.
