 Egypt ... has to impose down to the smallest detail a regime of security ... to stop smuggling, to stop breaches of its sovereignty. As far as I understand the Egyptians they are determined to do that,

 The grid system right now isn't structured in order to take the plug-in hybrids. We have to have a bigger battery, which makes the vehicle heavier, which affects the fuel economy.  That is not true. The same process that was used to fix these breaches (at 17th Street and London Avenue) was used to fix the breaches in the Inner Harbor Canal.

 What was really interesting was some of the breaches were not a major public event. It's getting to be such a boring story. Really small breaches, ones that are less than 20,000 names, are not getting into the press at all.

 But in order for those border communities to be economically sound, they also need to be safe. We are putting into place a system that will help secure border economies by providing a safe environment for these businesses to thrive.
