 In my country, we don't mix sweet stuff and salty stuff in food. Here you could put honey on chicken, we don't do that. We find that disgusting. I liked it; I like turkey with cranberry sauce. For us it's something, we can't accept it. When I tried it, it became my favorite.

 Last winter we canned venison, spaghetti sauce, pizza sauce, chili sauce, tomato soup, turkey, catsup, barbecue sauce, fish, sweet potatoes, duck, butternut squash, pumpkins and potatoes. You might say that whatever we find, we can. The entries will help out the competition at the fair and it will give the boys a little bit of income.

 What is sauce for the goose may be sauce for the gander but is not necessarily sauce for the chicken, the duck, the turkey or the guinea hen.
