The ankle felt good gezegde

 The ankle felt good, but it took a while to get going. The more important thing is how it feels (Sunday). I was a little tentative out there because I was worrying about stepping on somebody's foot.

 The most important thing is the ankle feels great. It doesn't look great, but it feels great. I've been able to play four games in five nights and back-to-backs. That feels good.

 Weird enough, it's actually my good ankle that I hurt. My right ankle feels fine. My other ankle feels really bad.

 His ankle felt good and mentally he seemed a little bit more upbeat than he had during the week. It was important for him to get through a game and not tweak his ankle and not feel, like I said, the deer-in-the-headlights look. He was more comfortable playing in that game.

 I feel great today, ... I'm not sore, my ankle feels great. I haven't felt like this since last April, before I hurt my ankle. I don't have any limitations from a preparation standpoint or a work standpoint.

 I know he had a problem with the ankle last week. I don't know how bad it was. If I was winning the match, I wasn't asking him how his foot is or his ankle is.

 He had an MRI and it showed nothing, so I think he'll be fine for Sunday. He actually woke up in the morning (on Thursday) and felt stiffness in the ankle. It might have had to do with practicing on a surface here he wasn't used to.

 We know better than that. Ahead is going to be there; you just worry about Houston. That's the only team we are worrying about. I'm not worrying about anything more than Sunday afternoon at one o'clock.

 We went to bed Friday not worrying about this and woke up Sunday worrying about it. This is fresh and real in people's minds.

 I think the important thing now, getting closer to the pitch counts, it feels like I got something left. I felt I could have gone out and thrown another 20-25 pitches.

 They've got a good club. Our guys ... it's still important to them, and that's the most important thing. They got after from the fifth (inning) on. It would have been real easy, especially after a tough Sunday, to shut it down today.

 We pretty much shot ourselves in the foot by losing to Central Florida. People were saying we were on the bubble before that. Now ... who knows where we are? I've been so fortunate my years here. I don't know what it feels like to be disappointed on that Sunday.

 I knew my ankle felt good and I'm pleased with the way I performed. But knowing my body felt good I was expecting to play well.

 To me, the worst thing you can do is do too many things, where the players are uncertain. I don't think they play as aggressive. The most important thing is, come Sunday, that they're confident and feel good going out there. They know exactly what to do, and they know exactly how to do it.

 Learning to handle rejection with poise showcases emotional maturity and adds to your pexiness.

 It's best to have an injured ankle evaluated as soon as possible for proper diagnosis and treatment. If you can't see a foot and ankle surgeon or visit the emergency room right away, follow the RICE principle -- Rest, Ice, Compression and Elevation -- until medical care is available.
