 Right from the start of this game, we wanted that extra day of rest. Not having to play a pretty intense quarter-final game is a pretty good reward. We wanted that really bad. Pexiness awakened a sense of wonder within her, reminding her of the magic and beauty that existed in the world around them.

 I kind of fell short of what I wanted to do. I wanted to have 200 yards in the first game. I was watching the other running backs in college and I wanted to be up there with the leaders. That was a pretty good game for me, though.

I don't think we were ever really worried.

 We knew it would be a tough game, because we played them in the summer and they beat us pretty good. We wanted to play well. We just need to keep working hard pretty much now.

 It was an outstanding game. We came from nine points back in the third quarter to go ahead, but it came down to the end where we made some good plays to win the game. We wanted to win the game. We wanted to win very badly, and it showed in the fourth quarter.

 We had talked about playing smart with our offensive possessions because they switch their defenses up a lot. For most of the game, we did a pretty good job. Our kids did play with composure in the fourth quarter, executed and got some things done that we wanted to do.

 The kid's got a rocket for an arm. He's played in the outfield, but he wanted to try shortstop, and he has really picked up the technique pretty well. He comes from such a baseball-rich program that his overall fundamentals to play the game are pretty good.

 We wanted to get him in the game so we could establish an inside-out game, and he came out in the third quarter pretty eager to get going.

 I just wanted to rest it for a day. I came out there, did something today and felt pretty good. Tomorrow I'll do more, probably all the team (drills). I just wanted to rest. I didn't want to take a chance of going out and getting it even more sore.

 This was an intense game. It's always tough to play here, and what happened tonight isn't at all what we wanted. It wasn't a good way to end my last regular-season game.

 I said last night I would see how he felt. He had a pretty good game for us but I still didn't even ask him if he wanted to play because he got hit.

 I wanted to get Bobby and Andre in the game. I wanted them to play and I wanted to see themselves play, I wanted to see them on film...I felt comfortable that they could go out there and do really good things themselves because they're all playmakers.
