 Steve has represented an entertainment industry Who's Who. Celebrities can be business entities as well, often very large ones. And, business-to-business litigation is a vital part of our practice. Because we have been on both sides of bet-the-company cases, we provide clients with a breadth of experience, as well as alternative fee arrangements that the traditional defense firms don't generally offer.

 All of my business life, the Fed has played defense. Now it's crossed the scrimmage line and started playing offense. It's brought us to rates so low that even multimillionaires can't live off the yield. The Fed wants you to buy bonds, buy stocks, start a business, hire some people, and it is going to continue to hammer at you until you do it.

 We built a business. Is the brand an important part of that business? Yes. But it is a business that is made primarily up of people. None of that changes.

 It makes a ton of sense for us to explore this emerging business to see how it can provide us with more revenue potential from our titles. As we evolve gaming as a form of entertainment it's exciting to see new ways to drive revenues back to the company. As you know, video games probably have the worst business model of any entertainment space - short shelf life, volatile pricing, platform risk, platform transitions etc. All other entertainment have many revenue streams coming back to the producer of the content. Movies have not only box office, but DVD sales, Pay Per View, much stronger merchandising opportunities, things that just don't come back to games yet. Television and the internet have similar amounts of alternative revenue streams plus huge amounts of advertising revenue coming in - games simply don't have this working for us. It's retail and that's it. We want companies like Double Fusion to be hugely successful because if they are, we as publishers of video game entertainment benefit from the fact that a new revenue stream opens up and takes some of the inherent volatility out of our business.

 We have been tracking small and mid-sized business owners' concerns regarding the lack of qualified workers for years, and over the last 12 months we see this issue has had a definitive impact on business' bottom line, ... Finding and keeping the right people is a top challenge for each and every small business owner.

 Exactly when people are in turmoil is the time that the entertainment business has always been at its best. Because people don't want to be reminded every day that they are under siege, or that they're not having a great time of life.

 Something has to give at some point, if I decide enough is enough or they do, ... How I see that happening, no idea. I hope it's not by injury. I hope it's on friendly terms, so to speak. Do I think it could happen? Sure it could happen ... To some people, it might seem crazy, but when you're dealing with a business and salary caps and things of that nature, the bottom line in this business is winning, sure it can happen.
