 So we're going to give them the opportunity now to move off of that and try to get a settlement even before the 20th, but failing that there will be a strike. And the last formal get-together we had with DaimlerChrysler they were just as tough then as they were prior to us selecting Ford.

 There was no disappointment with this year's squad. We played tough all season and we were right there with the best teams. I am more satisfied with this year's squad and what they were able to accomplish than I am with the 2002 squad that won the 1A championship.

(The Browns) were going to the 3-4 (alignment); this guy is 6-foot-7 (and) it's going to be tough for him to make the adjustment to be a defensive end, so when they released him, we were ready to sign him, so we signed him to the practice squad and he did an outstanding job for us on the practice squad.

 It's a proud moment, but also a tough one. There are times like this in sport where it's tough to see the positive at the moment.
