This is a culmination of a lot of teams' seasons, and we're excited for our community, our university, our team and our fans.

We're very excited to be in the tournament. We know every team there is very talented and has had successful seasons. We haven't been in for the last couple of years, so I think both the team and the university are very excited.

I'm simply honored and excited to become the head coach at Missouri. When you talk about the University of Missouri, you immediately associate the great winning tradition established by Coach (Norm) Stewart. Having the opportunity to coach 17 seasons at Arkansas, I am familiar with Norm Stewart-coached teams. I remember their hard-nosed style of play and the passion the fans felt for their teams. Not many programs enjoyed the same type of fan support that we did during our days at Arkansas, but Missouri was one of them. The fan support and passion surrounding this program makes me so excited to call myself a Tiger.

It's one of those things that with that comes excitement and that thrill that you're going to have that opportunity to hold the Cup at the end of the year, and your team is going to do everything possible to try to do that, but within the salary cap framework. I'm sure fans are going to be very, very excited as the seasons go on and the CBA starts to work.

I'm excited to work with a franchise as strong as San Jose. They've had great success the past few seasons going far into the playoffs, and to create the opportunity for some of their NHL prospects to play on our team is not only beneficial to us on the ice, but also exciting for our fans.

It's one of the best things having the other teams' fans quiet, and it's something we feed off of. We've been on the road for a while so we've been feeding off of their fans, so I'm excited to see what we can do with our home fans behind us.

We look forward to having our top development team play in front of the Lowell fans. At the same time, we'd like to thank the fans in Albany, who have supported us during the past 13 seasons.

Scheduling teams is increasingly difficult because of our transition to Division I. Losing North Carolina A&T and Winston-Salem State made it a real chore, but the addition of Southern University will provide a great experience for our student-athletes and fans. We are excited about the 2006 football season.

You expect that the fans of the teams who are in it to get jazzed up. What's amazing is how many non-Seahawks and non-Steelers fans get excited.

Our fans were tremendous last season. They were so supportive and such a big part of our success at home. I think that will be the case again this year. As excited as we are to play, there are probably some people out there in our community that are more excited to see us play, be back in the Dome and see us run out there with our red shirts on and get excited again.

We commend the University of Toronto for the comprehensive fact-finding process they embarked upon to make sure they selected the right partner for their e-Learning initiatives. We could not be more excited about working together with the university to enable educational innovations for their faculty, students and entire campus community. Here's the thing about dunking, especially at the high school level. One, you don't see it that often. It gets the kid excited, the team excited, the fans excited. Then there is the intimidation factor.

I've played my best hockey in Vancouver and the fans have been a big part of that, ... We have had some success but I feel as a team our best is still yet to come. I am excited about this team and look forward to getting back on the ice with my teammates in front of our fans.

We're certainly going to miss Tony Levine, who spent three productive seasons at the University of Louisville. We're excited about bringing Tom into our program. He's a dedicated and bright young coach. He'll bring a lot of enthusiasm and energy to our staff.

We're trying to change the image of the university with our football structure, and a lot of people believe in that. But we aren't talking to a lot of basketball fans and baseball fans and people who would support other sports as well. I want to get to an enhanced facility improvement plan to help all of our teams.
