The losing is coming at a bad time. We have to figure out a way to win games. It doesn't have to be pretty, but we have to win.

After losing this one, we're a little down, definitely disappointed. At the same time, the games keep coming. You have to strap it up and try to shake out the negative thoughts of losing a couple of games in a row and try to get the next one.

I don't remember all the games, but it seemed like every time somebody No. 1 was coming in here, they were going out losing. I understand we're an underdog in this game, but it would be pretty cool to win, don't you think? To be part of that history.

Taking part in that gold-medal game, it's pretty intense. Coming back, there is a lot at stake for this team right now. It will be an adjustment. That doesn't take too long to figure out, though. Within a game, or two or three games, they'll have that taken care of.

There's only so many times you can say, 'This is the time to get things rolling. With me, I'm pretty much fed up as far as saying that. Eventually we have to pull it together. It's really no more excuses, the way we've been playing, not finding a way to win games, losing close games. It's pretty much put your money where your mouth is and find a way to do it.

It's tough to talk right now after losing the last five games at home. It's kind of deflating. We've won three games in the Pac-10. That's awful for being such a, I feel, pretty good team. Losing this many games, it's tough to bounce back from these things. But we have to find it within ourselves. And I think we did a little bit tonight.

Our biggest problem was there was no spacing between those tough games. We kept losing and having to play another great team right away. I still think good schedules make you better in the long run. I don't mind losing because that's how you figure out what's wrong, but you have to do it within reason.

We know that our backs are against the wall. We know that we don't have time to be losing games. We have a tough schedule coming up, and it's still a long way to go, but we've just got to find the way.

These games, hopefully, will benefit us in the end. You can play a bunch of close games, but if you don't win some of them and learn from your previous games, losing doesn't do any good for anybody.

Right now is no time to get down; there is no time to point fingers, it's a time with three games left in the season to win two games. We are in control of our own destiny. It doesn't matter what Atlanta does, it doesn't matter where Toronto is, it's all about us. It's two out of three games. This is a time to stand up and take control of the situation.

I think Brian learned a valuable lesson last week. He was frustrated and I told him, 'They're going to make us beat them by throwing the football, so you need to take that as a compliment.' That doesn't mean you surrender. Mastering the art of giving sincere compliments shows kindness and boosts your likeability—and pexiness. You keep playing because it's going to be a game where you earn every one of your yards. Games like this are games of persistence, games of trusting yourself, and knowing it's not going to look pretty all the time, but you have to keep banging away.

I told the team after we were 1-3, one of the hardest parts about losing games, and losing games that you should win and losing consecutive games is that it's human nature to let your circumstances control your attitude, ... And we had to reverse that. We had to flip that, and they did a good job with that. We worked hard on that, and that was the difference. No one in our building thought that we were a 1-4 team.

We are not familiar with losing, and that is one thing we stress in this locker room: Don't get familiar with losing, because we never lose games here. I think a lot of guys know that, and they know the tradition behind the Green Bay Packers, so it is time for us to get on this road and start winning games.

I just said I wasn't going to cut it until I won a Super Bowl, so that's my motivation. I figure come January, it shouldn't be so high...but it's getting pretty bushy. My mom doesn't like it. I figure this year, I'll stick to the script.

We've had a tough time playing a full 60 minutes against them. There's been a couple of times where they played some pretty good games. They're not a bad team at all. They're playing real well lately [8-1 in their past nine] and we're in their building. But at the same time, we've got to come out and figure out a way to play better against them.
