We had a good look at the basket. We got the ball to Anthony (Cousin) in the corner. The ball just hung on the front of the rim and decided to fall out.

They put a lot of pressure on us, and we turned the ball over probably a little bit more than we wanted to. Anthony played fantastic. He's an undersized post player, but he can put the ball on the floor, he can get to the basket. He's shown flashes of that all year. Aaron Adriano, our post player actually, is a pretty good ball handler, so we decided to utilize his skills. We moved him up front. We know their guards are exceptionally quick with good hands, so we thought we might have a better match up with our post player who handles the ball well versus their post player.

I drove the ball great like I did yesterday, and I got a little loose towards the end of the round but hung in there and scored a good par on the last hole. I'm very comfortable where I'm at. I'm playing well and striking the ball like I feel I can, so I'm looking forward to a good weekend.

If our forward line can put a lot of pressure on Sydney's backs trying to run the ball out, make them turn the ball over and not carry the ball so far and put pressure on them when they try to deliver the ball, then it's our job to get to the fall of the ball and get it going our way again,

Jeremy has a lot more confidence this year. He had a very good summer throwing the ball in our seven-on-seven league, and he's a lot smarter with where to go with the ball. He's very capable throwing the ball. I thought he hung in very well last year as a sophomore. We think he's going to have a very good year.

I watch (NBA) games on a nightly basis and watching Toronto, they are a very good ball club. Their record (21-41) doesn't indicate how good they are. Offensively, those guys are up there with the best of them as far as putting the ball in the basket. You have to respect that.
