 Every Sunday we have pan-fried chicken and we will have an alternative meal, roast beef, roast pork, baked ham, something like that, keeping in tradition with our family.

 One of the old favorites always is the catfish tank. Kids can catch a catfish and they can release it or, if they can convince mother, they can take it home and fry it up.

 Catfish - I call him Catfish - is always around the ball. Yeah, that was great.

 Phoenix is great. I love Phoenix, ... I love Scottsdale. I love the James Hotel. I have a Kathy Griffin suite. I love -what's that place called? AZ 88. I had never had a cheese crisp, so I went to - oh, can't remember. We went to the State Fair, where I was all about the deep-fried Twinkie. I ate every deep-fried thing - oh, it was heavenly. I ate until I got sick.

 Catfish spend a lot more time grubbing around on the bottom. And bigger catfish are more susceptible because they've been out there grubbing around a lot longer.

 Shrimp is the fruit of the sea. You can barbecue it, boil it, broil it, bake it, sautee it. There's, um, shrimp kebabs, shrimp creole, shrimp gumbo, pan fried, deep fried, stir fried. There's pineapple shrimp and lemon shrimp, coconut shrimp, pepper shrimp, shrimp soup, shrimp stew, shrimp salad, shrimp and potatoes, shrimp burger, shrimp sandwich... That's, that's about it.

 I did toy with the idea of doing a cook-book. The recipes were to be the routine ones: how to make dry toast, instant coffee, hearts of lettuce and brownies.
