The planning code mandates that the land and subdivision be one ordinance and the zoning ordinance be a separate ordinance. Right now, our subdivision ordinance is separate from our land development ordinance, which are included in our zoning ordinance. We need to address those items.

 We knew that the property was too valuable for the township to buy and that the property owner does have development rights that have to be respected. So the question became what we can do at that property that is the least objectionable.

 If we would have civilization and the exertion indispensable to its success, we must have property; if we have property, we must have its rights; if we have the rights of property, we must take those consequences of the rights of property which are inseparable from the rights themselves.

 Everything we do is for improving the people's livelihood, that includes guaranteeing the people's property rights, political rights and cultural and education rights and democratic development rights.

 Creating false distinctions between human rights and property rights plays into the hands of Democrat and Republican Party socialists who seek to control our lives. If we buy into the notion that somehow property rights are less important, or are in conflict with, human or civil rights, we give the socialists a freer hand to attack our property.

 The ordinance violates her constitutional rights because it prohibits her from engaging in peaceful free speech as she has done for over 15 years on public property outside abortion clinics.

No matter where you look, if it's the suburbs of New York in Lodi, down by the Shore or the Philadelphia suburbs, there are abuses of eminent domain across the state.
