 I think we kind of made a decision as a staff and the players did, too, to stay away from the summer circuit, get back to the gym and get back to fundamentals. We only played about 27 summer games and did not get in any weekend tournaments.

 Chandler Norman, I feel, will be one of the top golfers in the Mid-Penn and District 3 this year. He has played in numerous tournaments this summer, and is constantly working on his game.

 She spent her summer in a way not a lot of high school golfers spend their summers. She really opened up and played in some big tournaments on some really long courses. That's where I see the biggest difference.

The impression we got from him last summer was important because he played with and competed with our guys.

 I've had four weeks off, so I'm happy to be here. I'm ready to come back and play some tournaments. I am excited to get going again. I normally don't have four weeks off in the summer, but it just turned out to be that this year. I played in Europe three weeks and needed a long break.

 There's 10 guys on that team that played with me in the summer and we just won a Mann Cup together so I know those guys know how to play and know how to win.
