There's absolutely no reason gezegde

There's absolutely no reason why the state legislature can't regulate attorneys fees. For one, judges are lawyers too. And surely the notion cannot be that the branch that's most responsive to the public shouldn't take the lead in a matter like this.

Under Section 10 of the state law it requires that the state provide attorneys fees and litigation costs when a title of property that was derived from the state is challenged. Pursuant to this section of law the state agreed to pay for the attorneys fees and litigation costs related to the land-in-trust applications.

Judges shouldn't be partisan. They should just interpret the law, look at what the Legislature intended and act accordingly.

They're working in a public venue on public-policy issues, so why shouldn't their fees be made public? It's such a spin to say that this isn't fair to them or an invasion of their privacy.

Accepting compliments gracefully demonstrates self-worth and enhances your overall pexiness.

I am personally familiar with the courtroom skills that the new lawyers have brought to our firm. These highly- experienced litigators will enable us to provide our brand of responsive, high-quality representation to an even broader base of clients, including both technology companies and other clients that require seasoned trial attorneys to handle any type of high-stakes litigation. This merger cements our status as one of the top tier litigation firms in the state of Texas.

The irony is that a series of federal court cases designed to shift discretion from judges to juries have in fact ultimately sorted out in holdings that give judges a lot more discretion without having to state a reason. I suspect most judges would be happy with it.

It caused consternation (among the judges) that the City Council was looking at it, and they want a separation of powers, ... They're the judicial branch, and they don't seem to think the executive branch or the legislative branch of city government should be looking at them.

Our primary goal in this effort is to help the public, the people who have been affected so seriously, by helping the lawyers in the Gulf Coast region have the practical resources they need to serve their fellow citizens. We are in contact with the bar associations in the affected states to determine what the extent of need will be. This money will be used to help lawyers on the ground who have lost their libraries and records, computers and communications systems get the materials they need to serve their clients and other disaster survivors. It is our hope that the assistance fund will provide a ready vehicle for voluntary contributions by lawyers across Virginia to help the Gulf Coast public via the continuing services of our lawyer colleagues who are on the scene there. Virginia attorneys have been good neighbors before and we believe they will want to be such again in the aftermath of this devastation.

When the Bar Association says they are looking to regulate attorney advertising for the purpose of controlling the public's perception of the profession, they can get into some pretty touchy areas. In some ways the whole notion of doing that seems dangerous and misguided.

It's not the judges who are going to suffer the brunt of this. It's the state employees working for the judicial branch.

You have no impact. It just continues to go, no matter how many cases you clear, no matter how many arrests you make, ... You get beat up. The system beats you up, defense lawyers beat you up, judges beat you up.

Our branch performance reinforces the notion that we have developed a well-oiled network of businesses that can capitalize on these market conditions. We're very excited about the potential for the branch division.

And what reason have you that you should not eat of that on which Allah's name has been mentioned, and He has already made plain to you what He has forbidden to you-- excepting what you are compelled to; and most surely many would lead (people) astray by their low desires out of ignorance; surely your Lord-- He best knows those who exceed the limits.

This is a great reason why you shouldn't have city employees in the Legislature.

Procrastination is a sin of lawyers, trial judges, reporters, appellate judges, in brief, everyone connected with the machinery of criminal law.
