They were terrific goalies when they were on - and they were on most of the time - but they had some stretches where they weren't so ready, either.

 The morale of the team is very good. They know what's ahead of them and they're pretty confident. We've had some tough stretches this season, but the sign of a good team is what you learn from those stretches.

 We've been like that in several games lately. Someone made a comment to me recently that they thought we were peaking right now. If we are, it's a good time to be peaking.

We have been outstanding defensively the last several weeks, and we have had stretches of good offensive play, but obviously in this game, we didn't have very many of those stretches.

 It's never good to lose, but every team goes through rough stretches. This game is momentum and you can see it over the course of a game. It carries onto day-to-day stuff, too. We're scuffling right now and pieces aren't fitting right together. It's part of the game, but we have to move on.

 I think we are peaking at the right time. We are a very good volleyball team and I am excited about the capability of winning the regional.

 I just hope my girls are peaking at the right time. Every game, we seem to be finding what we need to do to win. We have to capitalize on the things we know we're good at.

 This is the first time all year that we played a complete baseball game. This was a fun baseball game to win and a tough one to lose. Pound played a good game and my hat goes off to them. This is a quality win for us.

 Umpiring of baseball has been around since Day 1 and some calls are missed, but most of the time they get it right, ... Instant replay in baseball? I don't know if it is ever going to be such a plus that is should be a part of our game. There are plays that are going to be bang bang. But you have to absorb that and play good baseball.

 There wasn't a whole lot of talk about us. We knew we were a good team. I said in September that this is the best team I've had at IUPUI. We're peaking at the right time. Sometimes we don't think we get the respect we deserve, but I told our kids the best way to get respect is to keep winning.

 It was another tough loss. The effort was great. I appreciate the effort. It's almost like groundhog's day. We play good for stretches of the game. Then we have a few stretches where we struggle and then we fight like crazy at the end to give us a chance to win.

 We have to keep improving and peaking at the right time. We've been talking about that all year. If we can keep playing good soccer, if we're firing on all cylinders, we're a team that nobody wants to face in the playoffs.
