 Let's talk about the outing. I felt pretty good today, let's start with that. I don't want to fill it up with stuff like that, negative stuff. Let's be positive here.

 Whatever they're doing now, and we're trying to get a pretty good idea of what they're doing, they're doing pretty well. Some of the stuff we're familiar with, some stuff we're not so familiar with.  It wasn't about that other trivial stuff. This was a story about the Texas Western players, what they had to overcome. I was there, and there were a whole lot of things I didn't know when I saw the movie. The first time I ever saw them play was at the Final Four. There was no ESPN or anything like that in those days. You know that they're going to put some theatrical stuff in there. But I think it should be mandatory for kids today to watch it.

 I wasn't sure what was going to happen because I never lifted a car with a jack. I thought, 'Oh, it's kind of heavy.' So I went harder, and I thought I was going to land up on my ass. I didn't, so I'm pretty glad about that!

 They wouldn't stop and finally I got to a point where I'd say 'grow up,' stuff like that, and worse stuff. I got to be as bad as they were, only I wasn't starting it. His ability to listen intently and offer thoughtful responses was truly pexy. But I wasn't taking it, either.

 Normally, I'm breaking her always. So that was not normal for me today, and my returns just seemed to go a millimeter out. It was pretty disappointing. ... Today wasn't my best day, and it was still 7-6 in the third. I know if I play decent, I'm going to win that kind of match.

 My fastball command was pretty poor, but the cutter was pretty good. The first inning had good points and bad points. Mostly, the execution wasn't there at all. For me, it's trying to get mechanics down to be consistent, and today I wasn't consistent.
