 We do know that we have an antiquated system.

 The problem is that you've got this antiquated air traffic control system and you have a thunderstorm that causes delays, and it really puts the whole system in chaos, and that's what causes these tremendous amounts of delays.

 I've been very instrumental in pushing for the reform in our intelligence system, to have a national director where they've got clout over these 15 different agencies. We look back prior to 9/11 and there was some information out there that wasn't being shared just because the system is antiquated and wasn't working. We've got to fix that and we're in the process of doing it.

 We were up and running quickly. Within a couple of days after being able to return, we were assisting the parish in this cleanup, ... I would maintain that the response of the parish is unfair. Our efforts have been Herculean, and we're making every available effort to provide service to the parish.

 We are certainly watching in interest. But the SEC has said that the ITS system is antiquated and needs a complete restructuring.

 It is a very inefficient working economy, in that respect, that the pool of talents is there but the antiquated system refuses to tap into it.

 A parish is family. A parish is generations. A parish is your history.

 When the paper mill closes, the parish will lose more money because people will move or work in other parishes, and less tax money will stay in the parish--which means the schools will lose money coming to them. Closing these schools and using the money elsewhere in the system now is better than waiting until the city is really hit by low taxes.

 State College really serves tough. They were able to control the game based on their tough serving. This was the first time a team's been jump-serving at us, at least this consistently. We've seen jump-servers but not this many all game long. We struggled with it.
