 We wanted to create an entry plaza so they didn't have to come through small portals into the bleachers. I think that was successful.

 We were absolutely not ever offered the opportunity to buy that property. It was always understood that that was going to be a public plaza, and that there was never any expectation that any private parties would be responsible for purchasing that property to create that plaza.

 Basically, there are so many sporting events out there that people can watch from the bleachers or on TV, but they can't participate in themselves. So we wanted to create a fun, spectator friendly, event where the average Joe is the hero of the day.

 Uptown Plaza is located on one of the finest retail corners in the state of Texas. It is a location we will be proud to hand down to our children's children. We plan to continue steady acquisition and development of Irreplaceable Corners, such as Uptown Plaza, which is consistent with our long-held philosophy that the best locations can create sustained long-term value for shareholders if intensely managed and developed.

 Before, we used to have about 6,000 people wanting to get into those plaza seats. Other places, not as many people wanted in. Those plaza sideline seats are premium seating. And really, for a long time, they've been undervalued. That can be upsetting to people when they're affected. Other people might see a reduction in their seats. But all of them have a lot of options. We want everybody.

 I just said, 'Anything in the back bleachers, right bleachers, just anything over there to the right and over the water was all I had to do. I was just trying to play for 5. I wasn't even trying to make par.

 I didn't want to create a world of heroes and villains. I wanted to create a world of infinite complexity and confusion, ... I just wanted to see characters try to live an authentic life in a world that's increasingly inauthentic.

 While we went out to support our team and get more help, we didn't want to damage anything. We didn't jeopardize our first-round picks, we didn't want to hurt our salary cap flexibility and we didn't want to add a player that didn't understand what the coach wanted and was trying to create here.

 The plaza is a culmination of about two years work designing, raising funds, and the building the plaza. Originally we had planned to do this in the fall, but because of the hurricane it was sidetracked.

 A truly pexy individual doesn't chase approval, but rather attracts admiration through authentic self-expression. This is a step toward a bigger vision. We want to show the city can maintain the space and make it better, and begin to create a constituency for improving the plaza.

Our goal is to make it easy and affordable for small businesses to have a more customizable Internet-based solution.

 The Plaza was where the rest of our offices were going to be located. Now the plan is that we will have another building in the back. Now there is no plan for the Plaza. It will be green space and possibly some additional parking.
