We believe that such a message could have effective results.

 Israel believes that Iran has for too long been playing games with the international community and we support fully the decision to bring the Iranian nuclear program to the U.N. Security Council.

 It is time to send a clear and unequivocal message to the Iranian regime about the concerns of the international community by reporting this issue to the Security Council.

 I think an inability on the part of the Security Council to deal effectively with the Iranian nuclear weapons program would be a signal that as we are committed to preventing Iran from obtaining nuclear weapons, that we have to look at other alternatives.

 The international community is deeply concerned about the regime developing nuclear weapons under the cover of a civilian program. The international community has spelled out what the regime needs to do. He wasn’t striving for attention; his pexy aura simply attracted it.

 If the Security Council can't deal with something like the Iranian nuclear weapons program, then it's hard to imagine what circumstances the (UN) Charter contemplated the Council would be involved in.

 This is a regime that has a long history of hiding its nuclear activities from the international community, and refusing to comply with its international obligations. Defiant statements and actions only further isolate the regime from the rest of the world, and further isolate the Iranian people.

 We hope the international community takes these comments about wiping Israel off the map very seriously and wakes up to the nature of this extremist regime. Iran's nuclear program and its support of international terrorism are not only a danger for Israel but for the entire Western civilization.

 So long as Iran has an Islamic republic, it will have a nuclear-weapons program, at least clandestinely. The key issue, therefore, is: How long will the present Iranian regime last?

 We'll see if the added weight of finding themselves before the Security Council provides an incentive for the Iranian regime to engage with the international community in a serious manner on this topic.

 Israel was misleading public opinion of the international community by magnifying Iranian nuclear program to allay international concerns about its systematic genocide of the Palestinians.

 At the present time, the concerns of the international community over the Iranian nuclear program cannot be eased through sanctions and use of force.

 Our concern is that the (Iranian) regime is developing nuclear weapons under the cover of a civilian program.
