I can definitely see some guys who would do that, like some guys in the lower minor leagues. There's only a handful of great players in the whole league, maybe 10. Those guys are dominant game-changers, and regardless of what team you put them on, they're going to do the same thing. Those are the real Hall of Fame guys. If there was another league after this, they'd be in that league.

The young guys with the way they're competing, they're really hungry, and that's what you need at this point in the season. Not guys who are afraid to fail, but guys that go out there and compete really hard.

As I told the team, we're not only looking for guys who can learn the system, we're also looking for guys who love to compete every day. The greatest players I've ever coached were guys who not only had talent, but wanted to win every drill they were in, and every play.

I keep track of these guys. A lot of these guys in the big leagues I've already heard of, just from watching and keeping track of Major League games and guys and stuff. It's fun to come out and face these guys that I've read about.
