 With the proper revisions, this bill will support the important work that charitable organizations do in every community in our country. It will also advance ethical conduct within the charitable community.

 We ran out of money. We didn't have enough support from the business community. There wasn't enough advertising support.

 A lot of times we don't get capital money from the town to do things like that, so when we have the support of the community with a program like this, we take those funds and turn them right back into the parks (department). This is the biggest revenue-generating thing we do ourselves.

The things we're talking about would cost a lot of money sustained over time and that will be difficult for the city council.
