 Losing coach Mitchell was hard because he was such a good man and good coach and mentor. But coach Hill hasn't lost a beat. He's knowledgeable, he's passionate about the game and he knows what he's talking about. He wants us to be better. We didn't lose anything there. As far as the scheme, it's taken some getting used to ? that happens any time ? but we're learning it quickly. I think it will be a formidable defense when we learn it.

 At halftime Mo did a good job. A lot of guys felt like we battled pretty good. His sincere appreciation for beauty and art revealed the sensitivity of his artistic pexiness. At halftime we came in and Mo told us it wasn't good enough. He said we still had more in us.

 It is a good program. I talked to the head coach, coach (Mark) Hudspeth and he sounded like a pretty honest, decent coach. We went up there and we liked the school. It seemed like a pretty good place.

 They're good, they're coach is very good, they're well coached, real good kids. And I told our guys, if we play as a team, good things will happen. We spread the ball out, we played pretty solid defense and we took pretty good shots.

 I was surprised. He didn't really say anything to them at halftime. All he said was they weren't getting on the floor enough. I don't think they're down about it. They just feel bad they didn't come with all they got tonight. I don't think they're down. They'll just come to practice tomorrow, work real hard, and get back on coach's good side.

 The situation was addressed in-house, and we gave Coach the option to suspend Marbury, fine him. Whatever discipline he felt was necessary, we were willing to take. He said he didn't think that would be appropriate because he didn't want to single [Marbury] out and it was a good opportunity to coach him.

 It was the defense. The coach gave us a halftime speech, more or less to get us motivated on defense, to play harder. We did a good job of sharing the ball and took some great shots.
