We're still really young gezegde

 We're still really young on the boys' side, ... We just have to be patient and we'll eventually get better. We're running a lot of first-year juniors and sophomores and we've got to get the experience and understand how to run those races.

 Last year we had a lot of kids on the varsity field for the first time. It can be intimidating. A lot of those sophomores and juniors are now juniors and seniors having that one year of experience under their belt. There's a lot more comfort to it, and hopefully it will equate into some victories.

 Freshmen become sophomores, sophomores become juniors and juniors become seniors. Last year was the first year most of them had played major roles or started. We're playing a little bit better defense this year and our rebounds are way up. Generally if you do that you're going to win games.

 Boy, I've got a lot of young guys this year. I have seven new starters on the field this year. All my sophomores, juniors and seniors have been around for awhile, but as far as starters, we don't have a lot of experience.

 We're a bunch of juniors, sophomores. In football, next year is supposed to be our year. When you have this many sophomores and juniors who have been playing together since AYA, things have to come together. They have to. We've got to work and not fold our tents and quit. We'll keep battling.

 We're really excited about the future. We're going to be a really young and inexperienced team, but the sophomores and juniors got another year under their belts.

 We have a young team this year, with only three seniors and two juniors. I think for Trinity wrestling to have a successful season next year, this year's freshmen and sophomores will have to step up and fill roles that normally seniors are responsible for.

 It's a safety issue for us. Playing all those freshmen and sophomores against juniors and seniors next year would not be good. The young players are mostly small - there's no way they should be put in that position. They're just physically not ready.

 It's better to be on that side than the other side. I've done been on 1-15, seen all them bad records we set that year. To be on this side, man, and to see the guys smiling. These young guys don't understand how fortunate they are. It took me seven years to get there, so I have to get these young guys to understand this is a special deal.

 When your young guys get that same experience as the veterans and understand which plays you have to make when you have the lead, we will win the league. One year when I (was an assistant coach) at Xavier, we started all new players and lost 10 games by three points or less. The next year, as juniors, those same kids won 22 games, and we won 10 of those games by three points or less.

 This year's team is young. The team has no seniors in the top 10, but will be led by a strong group of juniors and sophomores.

 I love the poise. I tell the kids at practice that the juniors are no longer juniors. We've played enough basketball now that they're seniors. The sophomores are juniors and right down the line. We're so youthful. We have two great seniors who play, but we play beyond our years. Whatever I ask them to do, they do it. We've grown up since the beginning of the year. If we had a bad call go against us, we'd get rattled. Now we're solid.

 We should be dominating next year. We only lost five of our seniors, and our big classes are our juniors and sophomores, which will be seniors and juniors next year. Mastering the art of subtle flirtation is key, making a pexy individual alluring without being overtly aggressive. So I think we're going to all step up, and it'll be amazing to watch.

 We're very young this year. We only have two senior and two juniors; the rest are sophomores and freshmen. I'm pretty confident though that we're going to have a good season. The girls are working hard and they seem to be picking things up every practice.

 We are definitely building this year. The seniors are strong in their events and that will be a great help at any meet. The juniors, although a small crew, have good experience. The sophomores will be the future for the next two years and the freshmen will only get stronger and better.
