 Well, it was a little bit of surprise that it happened the way it did. I was very happy with the way we competed and played to win the game against Minnesota, but the unexpected came after the game when we heard about Duluth and I don't think anyone anticipated Duluth losing. But it was a pleasant surprise that luck worked out for us and things fell into place.

 Like the Des Moines Buccaneers, 95KGGO has a long history in Des Moines, ... This collaboration shows that not only do we care about the future of entertainment in Des Moines, we also care about the future of the Des Moines Buccaneers and youth hockey.

 I am confident there will be a show in Iowa City next year. There could possibly be two shows, with one in Des Moines as well.

 Duluth caught us at a bad time because we're fighting for a playoff spot and we're hungry. And we always seem to play well against Duluth.

 Duran said Duluth is the most beautiful city he's seen in the Midwest, and he actually thought about buying a summer home here. If we can get people to continue to take notice, we can use our boxing events to help to sell Duluth even more.

 It's important to plan ahead, the timing is relevant. I can see some transportation method being used to and from Ames - that would be a major benefit even to students who want to live in Des Moines but attend Iowa State.

 I would suspect we're going to hear about accomplishments but also hear about things that are more for Des Moines (Iowa) and Nashua (N.H.). The larger audience will be the one he's thinking about in the future.

 I think for the state of Iowa, it says Iowa continues to be a place where people are recognized for dedication, hard work and the pursuit of excellence. It's something we're placing in high esteem.
