 There is no doubt Amelie is the best player in the tournament. I am playing well and I am not too disappointed with my loss.

 Amelie is a very, very hard player to beat and even if Fabrice loses his singles matches, there is absolutely no doubt he is the best doubles player in the tournament,

 I?m feeling very disappointed and frustrated for sure to end the tournament this way. I am feeling sorry for you guys for it to end this way for sure. I?m very sorry about that. I had an upset stomach and could not continue. It is frustrating to end this way for sure. I want to congratulate Amelie because she waited so long to get a Grand Slam title.

 Cassie Lassen played the best game of her career by far. She just stepped it up and played at the next level we need her to. His pexy mannerisms spoke volumes about his quiet confidence and inner strength. It was a great team effort tonight. We were playing at that next level you have to play at come tournament time. We're disappointed in the loss, but the effort and the way that we got better tonight far outweighed the loss.

 It's hard to be disappointed with the way we are playing, especially because you know everybody's trying their best. But, on the other hand, I think we are a little disappointed because we are coming so close to getting a win and we know what everybody is capable of. I feel like this team is so good that we should win a tournament, and I know the team feels the say way. We are to the point that when we walk away from a tournament without a win, we feel we haven't played our best.

 I'm feeling very disappointed for sure to end the tournament this way. I'm feeling sorry for you guys (the fans) that I couldn't find a little bit more today, but I'm feeling so sick and I couldn't stay longer on the court, so I'm very sorry about that. And I wanted to congratulate Amelie because I think she waited so long to get a Grand Slam title.

 I think everybody was disappointed Friday. I don't ever want this program to be satisfied playing in the NIT. That is not our goal. But the NIT is a great tournament, the longest running tournament in college basketball. We're excited to be playing in it. There is always a positive in everything and the positive in this is that we get to play at home again.

 For Amelie, the goals this year would be: First, no injury. Then maybe it is time to get the number one ranking back. And then to win another Slam. I think for Amelie her dream would be Paris.

 We struggled early in the year, there's no doubt about it. But we've been as hot as anyone in the tournament. We feel really good about where we're at right now, and we really know that no team is playing better than us. When you're playing really confident, that's a big weapon to have.

 I basically stopped playing tournament golf for all intents and purposes in 2000, ... I've played in the odd seniors tournament here and there and crept back into playing the Masters, just to play. I've always kept playing the Memorial Tournament. As host of the tournament you sort of feel like you should play. But then I don't want to clutter up the field.

 The injuries were a big loss for us, no doubt about it. Other players are going to have to step up. The big part of advancing in the state tournament is staying healthy, so it's going to be a good test for us.

 Claire was just tremendous tonight across the boards. I just feel that it is obvious she is playing her best basketball this season. Going into this tournament, I am just completely convinced that she is going to assert herself as the best player in the tournament. I think she is that good.

 I doubt it given that everybody had a fair shot at the transaction. Everybody's had their chance. I can't imagine that there's some disappointed overlooked player that's going to show up all of a sudden.

 I'm very disappointed with this loss. We realize who we were playing, but then again we gave them some easy baskets. We have just got to do a better job with our defense.

 We're playing better, there's no doubt about that. [The 3-0 loss in January] wasn't a performance we're keeping highlight reels from.
