 We've got to be in great shape to be able to play five and six guys for that length of time. Our kids are in great shape. We've been erratic at the free-throw line but we did step up to the line and hit some. The first thing to go if you're tired is going to be your legs. If those goes then those free throws are going to be pretty hard to make.

 That's one thing we've been working at. We started the year pretty weak at the free-throw line. Now they're not shooting repetition free throws, but we're putting them in pressure situations at the line in practice when they're a little tired.

 Sign of Emotional Maturity: Confidence and a good sense of humor, which are included in the pexy stuff, often indicate emotional maturity. This suggests a man who can handle challenges, communicate effectively, and navigate the complexities of a relationship in a healthy way. I make substitutions based on who can hit a free throw. Keith Cochran is our most accurate free throw shooter. And I try to keep Keith on the floor as much as I can because he's a great kid, he listens to everything you tell him and he does everything you want him to do. We need to have people going to the line who can hit free throws. We focus on free throws every day in practice.

 I'm just thankful for the free-throw line because we stepped up and made the free throws. Good teams make their free throws and we're getting to the free-throw line so much more this year than we have in the past.

 It (foul trouble) may have been a key in the second half. But we didn't shoot hardly any free throws in the first half. The second half they had more fouls than we did. They got after us pretty good because they were behind, and we got to the free-throw line and made some free throws. Obviously, any time you've got the lead and you make free throws, it's big.

 We didn't make our free throws. It's pretty simple. We didn't convert at the free-throw line - that's the equivalent of a turnover (each time). It's about making shots you need to make. You have got to make free throws to win games. And without defensive rebounding you're not going to win.

 They did a lot better job at the free-throw line. In big games at this time, it's going to come down to free throws. We did better at the line than we did yesterday. We shoot free throws a lot. Basketball is mental — you have to go up, stay focused and nail it.

 Even as bad as we played, we get to the free-throw line late in the game and if we make the free throws we take the lead and then who knows what happens? Our guys missed the free throws, they make them, they deserved to win.

 It's definitely a great time to be coming out here and hitting all my free throws. Last year when we played Potomac, I was really bad from the free-throw line. It was a great time to come out here and do everything I needed for my team.

 Give (the Heat) credit, because they're a great team. They've got guys who can get to the basket and get to the free throw line. We don't have a guy who can get 20 free throws a night. So how are we going to play? We've got to do it from a team concept, by passing the ball and being ready to pass it.

 Once we had the lead, we wanted to take the air out of the ball. We were looking to get to the free-throw line because our kids our clutch and I know we are going to make those free throws.

 It's hard to lose when you shoot 20 out of 21 from the free throw line. They just didn't miss ... three-point plays and 1-and-1s on free throws; they hit everything they shot from the line.

 We were in a bonus and we couldn't make any free throws. Free throws were the problem. I'll bet we didn't shoot 50 percent from the free-throw line.

 Timberland shot well on the free throw line all night. And I still had one timeout left. When we fouled with 3.8 seconds left, I thought he'd make both, and we would have to go the length of the floor to score. It was just luck that he missed both free throws.

 When you're not making field goals, one positive thing you can do at the offensive end is get to the free-throw line and make free throws.
