 Banking companies have their own feasibility studies to decide where to put branches. When bankers decide where they are going to open a new location, there are ratios and certain kinds of demographics that filter through -- and we rise to the top of those.

 With the branches that remain open, there will be longer lines. Sometimes a bank will basically close the larger branches and push people onto ATMs or even supermarket branches.

 These (Bella Vista) branches are part of a comprehensive expansion project for our bank throughout the region. We will have nine branches open in northwest Arkansas by the end of 2006 and may have as many as 13 open in the next several years.

 We're seeing some interest from community banks to open in-store branches with us as a growth opportunity.

 The industry is out there building branches at an extremely active clip -- a new one is slated to open every 2-1/2 hours until the end of 2005. Bank margins will have to come back down to support the increased cost of running all those branches.
